A Collision Detection Method for Virtual Construction of Prefabricated Buildings Based on BIM Technology
In order to improve the safety of prefabricated building construction, effectively prevent and control construction collisions,a virtual construction collision detection method for prefabricated buildings was studied using BIM technology.Firstly, establish a three-dimensional BIM model of prefabricated buildings, displaying the design drawings and prefabricated component information of prefabri-cated buildings.Secondly,in the BIM model, set virtual construction collision detection rules. On this basis, select representative test samples in the model, load them into BIM software, activate collision detection function, execute collision detection, and provide feed-back on the detection results. The experimental results show that the collision detection method has high accuracy and reliability after application, and can accurately identify and locate different types of collision points.
