随着建筑规模与复杂性的提升使得土木工程成本控制日益严峻.传统方法受限于经验判断和简单数据汇总,难以精准预测和控制成本.同时项目周期长、主体多,易导致信息不对称和数据失真,进一步加大控制难度.因此,提出基于大数据分析的建筑土木工程成本控制策略研究.首先,分析了建筑土木工程成本控制中存在的问题.然后,介绍了在建筑土木工程成本控制中可运用的大数据分析技术.最后,基于大数据分析,提出了建筑土木工程成本控制的具体策略.实例应用结果表明,通过实施这些策略可以有效提高建筑土木工程的成本控制水平,实现经济效益和社会效益的双重提升.
Research on Cost Control Strategy of Building Civil Engineering Based on Big Data Analysis
With the improvement of construction scale and complexity,the cost control of civil engineering is becoming increasingly se-rious.The traditional method is limited by empirical judgment and simple data summary,which is difficult to accurately predict and control the cost.At the same time,the project cycle is long and there are many subjects,which can easily lead to information asymme-try and data distortion,further increasing the difficulty of control.Therefore,the cost control strategy of building civil engineering based on big data analysis is proposed.Firstly,the problems existing in cost control of civil engineering are analyzed.Then,it intro-duces the big data analysis technology that can be used in the cost control of building civil engineering.Finally,based on the analysis of big data,the specific strategy of cost control of civil engineering is proposed.The practical application results show that the imple-mentation of these strategies can effectively improve the cost control level of building civil engineering,and realize the double improve-ment of economic and social benefits.
