Based on the background of Tourism College of Hainan Vocational University,this paper discusses the importance and prob-lems of the training of the teachers in the enterprises of higher vocational colleges,For the problems,This paper also discusses the estab-lishment of a reasonable selection mechanism,the purpose and task of serving the temporary positions in enterprises of teachers,and the improvement of Management and Assessment of the mechanism of serving the temporary positions in enterprises of teachers and so on.
