摘要

本文通过对摄像机前盖的用途及所使用材料的成型工艺性的分析,利用Pro/E软件实现摄像机前盖注塑模具设计的整个过程.本模具设计内容包括成型方法及模具的选择,型腔数量的确定,型腔的排列,分型面的选择,浇注系统的设计,型芯、型腔尺寸设计,导向、定位机构设计,滑块侧抽芯机构设计,推出机构设计及冷却系统设计.

Abstract

This article analyzes the purpose of the camera front cover and the molding process of the materials used,and uses Pro/E software to implement the entire process of designing the injection mold for the camera front cover.The content of this mold design in-cludes the selection of molding methods and molds,the determination of the number of cavities,the arrangement of cavities,the selec-tion of parting surfaces,the design of pouring systems,the design of core and cavity dimensions,the design of guiding and positioning mechanisms,the design of slide side core pulling mechanisms,the design of ejection mechanisms,and the design of cooling systems.
