摘要
在分析国内外农业全产业链支撑发展现状的基础上,介绍了青岛市农业全产业链中种植链、平台建设、经营主体和农业科技创新的发展概况;根据调研分析了青岛市在农业全产业链发展中存在的农业现代化建设不充分、农业科技创新投入不足和农业数字技术利用不够等制约因素;提出了把握现代农业建设机遇、加快青岛市农业全产业链现代化进程,强化顶层设计、实现农业全产业链标准化,加强国际合作、推动世界农业全产业链深度融合等推进青岛市农业全产业链高质量发展的对策建议,以期为青岛市农业全产业链壮大、管理及健康发展提供有意义的参考.
Abstract
After analyzing the status quo of the support and development of the whole agricultural industry chain at home and abroad,the paper introduces the development overview of planting chain,platform construction,business entities,and agricultural technology innovation in the whole agricultural industry chain of Qingdao.According to the investigation and analysis,the factors that restrict the development of the whole agricultural industry chain of Qingdao include insufficient agricultural modernization construction,insufficient investment in agricultural scientific and technological innovation,and insufficient utilization of agricultural digital technology.In order to provide a meaningful reference for the expansion,management and healthy development of the whole agricultural industry chain of Qingdao,some countermeasures and suggestions to promote its high-quality development are proposed,which include seizing the opportunity of modern agricultural construction to speed up its modernization process,strengthening the top-level design to realize its standardization,and intensifying international cooperation to promote the deep integration of the world's whole agricultural industry chain.
