摘要
在食品营养学课程教学过程中,通过提升课程组团队教师的课程思政能力,深入挖掘课程中蕴含的思政元素,将国家战略、法规与政策、古代典籍、经典案例、社会热点、历史事件、著名科学家等与课程内容有机融合,采用PBL教学、论辩式教学、合作教学、翻转课堂、线上线下混合式教学等多元化教学模式实现知识传授、能力达成和价值塑造.
Abstract
In the teaching process of Food Nutrition course,the ability of ideological and political education of the teachers of the course team was improved.Curriculum ideological and political elements contained in the course were deeply explored.These elements,including national strategies,regulations and policies,ancient canonical texts,classic cases,hot spots in the society,historical events,famous scientists and so on,were organically integrated into course content.Diversified teaching modes,such as PBL teaching,debate teaching,cooperative teaching,flipped classroom,online-merge-offline teaching,etc.were adopted to improve teaching effect.Eventually,the knowledge teaching,ability training and value shaping were realized.
