摘要
作为"走出去"战略的重要组成部分,农业对外直接投资的发展对于优化农业产业结构、拓展海外市场、促进农业科技发展等有着重要价值.研究的目的是增强农业企业海外投资的抗风险能力,推进山东省农业对外直接投资健康可持续发展.采用比较分析方法对山东省农业对外直接投资发展情况,尤其是投资流量大幅度下跌的原因进行剖析,并进一步利用 SWOT分析法对山东省农业对外直接投资的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等进行分析,认为农业企业应优化布局,抓住机遇发展对外直接投资,构建并完善海外投资的信息服务平台,不断提高企业的技术水平.
Abstract
As an important part of"going global"strategy,the development of direct foreign agricultural investment is of great value in optimizing agricultural industry structure,expanding overseas markets and accelerating progress in agricultural science and technology.The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the ability of overseas investment of agricultural enterprises and promote the sustainable development of direct foreign agricultural investment of Shandong Province.With the use of comparative analysis and SWOT method,this paper studies the development of direct foreign agricultural investment,especially the reasons why the investment flow dropped greatly,then analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the development of direct foreign agricultural investment of Shandong Province.The results show that agricultural enterprises should grasp the opportunity to develop direct foreign agricultural investment,especially the investment with the purpose of technology acquisition,build and improve an information service platform for overseas investment and continuously enhance the technological proficiency.
