农村金融对农民收入的影响研究——基于农村产业融合的中介效应

摘要
农村金融是农村经济发展的血液,对农民收入有重要影响,提高农民收入对实现全体人民共同富裕意义深远.基于 2010-2020 年 31 个省级行政区的面板数据探究了农村金融对农民收入的影响机制,并进一步探讨了东、中、西部不同地区的异质性,利用分位数回归模型研究不同收入水平下农村金融对农民收入的影响.结果表明,农村金融不但可以对农民的收入进行直接和明显的提升,还可以通过农村产业融合对农民收入进行间接的提升;在东部地区,农村产业融合是农村金融提高农民收入的重要作用机制,而在中西部地区三者的作用机制还未显现;农村金融对高收入农民的影响要大于对中低收入农民的影响.应通过完善农村金融服务体系,构建农村金融规范化发展模式,立足本地特色产业,发展优势农业产业,重视区域发展差异以及加强对中西部地区的基础设施建设等多种方式提高农民收入.
Abstract
Rural finance is the blood of rural economic development and has an important impact on farmers'income.Increasing farmers'income is of far-reaching significance to the realization of common prosperity for all people.Based on the panel data of 31 province-level administrative regions directly under the central government from 2010 to 2020,the article analyzes the mechanism of rural finance's impact on farmers'income,further explores the heterogeneity of different regions,and uses the quantile regression model to study the impact of rural finance on different income levels of farmers.The results show that rural finance can not only increase farmers'income directly and significantly,but also increase it through rural industrial integration.Another conclusion is that,in the eastern region,rural industrial integration is an important mechanism for rural finance to play a role in raising farmers'income,which is not found in the central and western regions.The impact of rural finance on the income of the richer farmers is more than that on the middle-and low-income ones.The countermeasures to increase farmers'income is improving the financial service system,building a standardized development model for rural finance,developing rural industrial integration according to local conditions,paying attention to regional differences,and strengthening the coverage of rural financial services and the flexibility of loan conditions,etc.
