数字素养对农村居民幸福感的影响研究

摘要
增进农民福祉,提升亿万农民的幸福感关乎农业农村现代化的进程.基于 2021 年中国社会状况综合调查数据,实证分析数字素养对农村居民幸福感的影响、异质性及作用机制.结果表明,数字素养对农村居民幸福感具有显著正向影响,但不同维度的数字素养对农村居民幸福感的影响具有一定的差异性,数字学习素养对农村居民幸福感的促进作用最大.从异质性来看,数字素养对农村居民幸福感的影响存在年龄、地区的异质性,其中,数字素养对新生代、东中部地区的农村居民幸福感促进作用更为明显.从作用机制来看,数字素养能够通过提升主观阶层认同、增加收入提高农村居民幸福感.在此基础上,提出加快农村基础设施数字化改造进程、开展多元化的数字教育、保护农村居民数字素养方面的合法权益、满足不同农村居民群体对数字技术使用需求的建议.
Abstract
Improving the well-being and the happiness of hundreds of millions of rural residents is related to the process of agricultural and rural modernization.Based on the Comprehensive Survey of Social Conditions in China 2021,this study empirically analyzes the impact,heterogeneity and mechanism of digital literacy on rural residents'well-being.The results show that digital literacy has a significant positive impact on the well-being of rural residents.However,the influence of different dimensions of digital literacy on the well-being of rural residents is different.Digital learning literacy has the greatest effect on the well-being of rural residents.From the perspective of heterogeneity,the impact of digital literacy on rural residents'well-being varies by age and region.Among them,digital literacy plays a more significant role in enhancing the well-being of the new generation of rural residents and those living in the rural areas of the central and eastern regions.On this basis,policy recommendations are put forward to accelerate the process of digital transformation of rural infrastructure,to carry out diversified digital education,to protect the legitimate rights of rural residents in terms of digital literacy,and to satisfy the needs of different groups of rural residents in the use of digital technology.
