摘要
地方农林高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,致力于为实现农业农村现代化和解决"三农"问题提供智力保障,但是其学科建设存在高水平学科和高层次人才数量少、高水平科研成果少、社会服务水平低等问题."双一流"建设以解决以往重点建设工程中产生的问题为导向,坚持在竞争中扶优扶强扶特,为地方农林高校学科建设的特色发展提供了机遇和保障.地方农林高校应充分抓住"双一流"建设提供的机遇,坚持农林特色和差异化发展,坚持开放办学,完善内部治理体系,努力建成优势突出、特色鲜明的一流农林学科.
Abstract
Local agri-forest universities hold an important part in higher education,dedicated to provide intellectual support for the modernization of agriculture and the Three Rural Issues.In the process of discipline construction,these universities face challenges such as shortage of high-level disciplines and talent,limited high-level scientific outcomes,low-level of social service and so on.The"Double-First Class"construction aims to address the problems that have arisen in previous key construction projects,emphasizing to support,strengthen,and highlight excellence in competition,providing opportunities and guarantees for the characteristic development of discipline construction in local agri-forest universities.These universities should take advantage of the opportunities of"Double-First Class"construction,stick to agricultural and forestry characteristics,promote differentiated development,adhere to open education,improve internal governance systems,and strive to build outstanding and distinctive first-class agricultural and forestry disciplines.
