低碳背景下农产品冷链物流体系的三方演化博弈
Tripartite Evolutionary Game of Agricultural Cold Chain Logistics System in a Low-Carbon Context

摘要
为了探究农产品冷链物流中各博弈方的策略选择并促进各方协同发展,构建了政府部门、冷链物流企业及农产品供销商三方演化博弈模型及其动态复制方程,求解出博弈均衡点并进行了稳定性分析,最后根据博弈结果,运用 Matlab工具对政府部门、冷链物流企业及农产品供销商的交互行为演化过程进行数值仿真,分析各参数变动对演化结果的影响,定量分析不同情境下系统演化至理想状态的影响因素及其影响机理.研究结果表明:冷链物流企业是否采取低碳运营受到企业低碳生产成本、政府对未实行低碳生产的冷链物流企业给予处罚、政府给予冷链物流企业的补贴优惠及政府公信力与形象的影响;政府给予农产品供销商碳排放超标企业监督举报的奖励对于演化结果没有影响,政府与供销商的演化策略主要取决于其各自的监管成本.最后,结合仿真结果提出了相应建议.
Abstract
In order to explore the strategic choices of all parties involved in agricultural cold chain logistics and promote coordinated development among them,an evolutionary game model and its dynamic replicator equation have been constructed for the cold chain logistics process involving government departments,cold chain logistics enterprises,and agricultural product suppliers.The equilibrium points of the game have been solved and stability analyzed.Finally,based on the results of the game,the interaction behavior evolutionary process of government departments,cold chain logistics enterprises,and agricultural product suppliers has been numerically simulated using the Matlab tool.The impact of various parameter changes on the evolutionary results has been analyzed,and the influencing factors and their influencing mechanisms of how different scenarios affect the ideal evolutionary state of the system have been quantified.The research results show that whether cold chain logistics enterprises adopt low-carbon operations is influenced by their low-carbon production costs,government penalties for cold chain logistics enterprises that do not adopt low-carbon production,government subsidies and credibility for cold chain logistics enterprises,and government public image.The government's reward for agricultural product suppliers to supervise and report carbon emissions exceeding standards has no impact on the evolutionary results.The evolutionary strategies of the government and suppliers mainly depend on their respective supervision costs.Finally,corresponding suggestions are proposed based on the simulation results.
