新时代耕读教育融入涉农高校学生党支部建设的路径研究

摘要
耕读教育是涉农高校学生党员的必修课,在完善思想政治教育体系中起到重要作用.新时代耕读教育融入涉农高校学生党支部建设,有助于盘活耕读元素,创新党建形式;根植耕读文化,打造党建品牌;传承耕读精神,提升党建效果;用好耕读素材,拓展党建资源.目前,新时代耕读教育在涉农高校学生党支部开展过程中,存在耕读思想牢固力松动、育人主体指引力模糊、载体平台支撑力薄弱等问题,可通过筑牢耕读思想意识、强化育人主体效能、创新载体融入形式等三个方面,推动新时代耕读教育融入学生党支部建设.
Abstract
Farming-reading education is a crucial part for student party members in agricultural universities and plays an important role in promoting the ideological and political education system.The integration of farming-reading education into the construction of student party branches in agricultural universities in the new era helps to invigorate the elements of farming-reading,innovate the forms of party building,establish a party building brand rooted in farming-reading culture,inherit the spirit of farming-reading,and enhance the effectiveness of party building.By making good use of farming-reading materials,the resources for party building can be expanded.Currently,there are problems in the implementation of new era farming-reading education in student party branches of agricultural universities,such as weakened farming-reading ideas,unclear guidance of the main body of education,and weak support of the carrier platform.This can be achieved through three aspects:strengthening the awareness of farming-reading,strengthening the effectiveness of the main body of education,and innovating the form of carrier integration to promote the integration of new era farming-reading education into student party branch construction.
