Impact of Land Finance on Agricultural Green Total Factor Productivity——Based on a Perspective of Mediating Effect of Urbanization Coupling Coordination Degree
In order to reveal the action mechanism and impact effect of land finance on agricultural green development and explore whether agricultural green development can be achieved under the influence of the coupling and coordination development of land finance and urbanization,a theoretical framework of"land finance-urbanization-agricultural green development"was constructed.Based on the panel data of 30 provincial-level administrative regions in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of land finance on agricultural green total factor productivity and the mediating effect of the coupling and coordination development coefficient of urbanization on the above-mentioned impact.The results show that land finance has significantly promoted the improvement of the level of agricultural green total factor productivity.In the relationship between land finance and agricultural green total factor productivity,the coupling and coordination development coefficient of urbanization plays a partial mediating role and promotes the improvement of the level of agricultural green total factor productivity;the promoting impact of land finance on agricultural green total factor productivity shows the characteristics of regional heterogeneity,which is significant in the eastern and central regions but not significant in the western region.Based on this,the investment intensity of land finance in agriculture should be strengthened and the level of urbanization should be improved to enhance agricultural green total factor productivity through resource accumulation.At the same time,a differentiated land policy should be implemented to better play the guiding role of financial support for agriculture.
