Based on the relevant data of different scales of laying-hen farming in Shandong Province from 2008 to 2022,this paper compares the cost-benefit situation of different scales of laying-hen farming and analyzes the influencing factors of the cost of laying hens farming in Shandong Province by adopting the grey correlation method.Furthermore,the grey situation decision-making is used to conduct the superiority analysis and effect measurement of various situations generated by different scales of laying-hen farming,and analyze the appropriate scale of laying-hen farming in Shandong Province.The results show that among the influencing factors of the cost of large-scale,medium-scale and small-scale laying-hen farming in Shandong Province,the correlation coefficient of the concentrate feed cost is the largest,which is the most important factor affecting the production cost;large-scale laying-hen farming in Shandong Province is a breeding mode suitable for the present stage and the near future.In this regard,suggestions are put forward,such as perfecting the market price monitoring mechanism,strengthening scientific and technological input,reasonably controlling costs,and steadily developing large-scale laying-hen farming.
