Since the reform and opening-up,the policy development for the ideological and political course teachers'team construction in colleges and universities has gone through five stages:the"1978 Scheme",the"1985 Scheme",the"1998 Scheme",the"2005 Scheme"and the deepening of the"2005 Scheme"in the new era.The policy development shows distinct characteristics from authoritative-led to multi-governance,from bureaucratization to legalization,and from extensive to intensive.More than 40 years of policy development has accumulated valuable experience,that is,adhering to the Party's leadership in the policy development for the construction of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities,following the laws of the construction of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities,following the laws of policy development,and continuously improving the policy system for the construction of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities.
