At present,the research on"law in literature"has fallen into the material dilemma of the lack of"classic"literary texts.There are natural value conflicts between literary creation and legal research and Black Steed is such an example.In order to bridge the gap between literature and law,the"classic"standard should be reshaped and a two-layer structure of"popularity"and"authenticity"should be constructed.The formal"popularity"standard has a supplementary function,and the substantial"authenticity"standard has a dominant function.The"classic"standard can accommodate non-traditional"classic"works such as Black Steed.From the legal study of Black Steed,real problems such as the communitarian nature of grassland ethics,universal justice and justice in individual cases,and the conflict between ethics and rationality can be glimpsed.
