摘要

为进一步提高教师的教学水平,使本科相关专业学生提升对《食品添加剂》课程的兴趣,改善教学中的不足,通过剖析课程存在的问题,来找寻解决的方法,对教学内容和教师的工作进行改革.为此,讲授食品添加剂法律法规的相关内容,以及食品添加剂行业的前沿资讯,解析食品工艺与食品添加剂之间的关系.将课程同实验相结合,提高学生的动手能力,改进教学方法,完善学生的期末考核等.通过上述内容,确保教学质量的提高和学生对该课程兴趣的提升.

Abstract

In order to enhance the teaching level of teachers and cultivate the interest of undergraduate students in the course Food Additives,it is necessary to analyze the course's problems,find solutions,and reform the teaching content and methods.As part of this effort,the course should include an exploration of food additives laws and regulations,as well as the latest information from the food additives industry,to demonstrate the relationship between food technology and food additives.Additionally,incorporating experiments into the course will enhance students'practical skills and improve teaching methods,ultimately leading to better performance in their final examinations.By implementing these improvements,we can ensure a higher quality of teaching and increase students'engagement in the course.
