作者于盆栽条件下对东方百合(Lilium brownii )‘西伯利亚’(Siberia)进行接种丛枝菌根(AM)真菌处理,设接种地表球囊霉(Glomus versiforme)、摩西球囊霉(G .mosseae)与地表球囊霉(G .versiforme)混合菌种和不接种对照。待株高30cm时以不同浓度NaCl(0%、0。4%、0。8%和1。2%)溶液进行处理后,测定各处理盐胁迫下百合净光合速率、气孔导度、叶片蒸腾速率、菌根侵染率、地上部和地下部生长量等。结果表明,不同浓度N aC l胁迫下,接种混合菌种处理的菌根侵染率高于单接种 G .versi f orme处理的;随着盐浓度的增加,百合根系的菌根侵染率呈降低趋势。盐胁迫处理下,AM 真菌显著影响植株叶绿素的含量、净光合速率、气孔导度以及叶片蒸腾速率,显著促进百合地上部和地下部的生长,提高了植株的抗盐性。
Effects of Arbuscular Mycorrhiza Fungi on Growth and Photosynthesis of Lily under Salt Stress
The influence of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi on growth and photosynthetic characteris-tics of lily(Lilium brownii) was investigated under pot growing conditions .Siberia seeds of lilies were in-oculated with AM fungus Glomus versi f orme ,mixed strains(G .mosseae + G .versi f orme) ,and the non-inoculation control .Different concentrations of NaCl (0% ,0.4% ,0.8% and 1.2% ) solution were add-ed into pots w hen lily seedling grew to 30 centimeters .T hen ,the chlorophyll content ,net photosynthetic rate ,stomatal conductance , and leaf transpiration rate , mycorrhizal colonization status , fresh and dry weight of the seedlings were determined .The results indicated that the root colonization percentage of mixed strains was higher than that of G .versi f orme under different concentrations of NaCl (0% ,0.4% , 0.8% and 1.2% ) .With the increase of NaCl concentration ,the root colonization percentage of AM fungi declined .The inoculated AM fungi significantly facilitated the aerial and underground growth .Under the same salt stress ,AM fungi significantly affected the chlorophyll content ,net photosynthetic rate ,stoma-tal conductance ,and leaf transpiration ,and increased the grow th of the seedlings and the salt tolerance .
