Control Effects of Mixed Fermentation Liquid of Antibacteria Strains Against Tobacco Black Shank and Bacterial Wilt
Black shank disease and bacterial wilt are the main soil-borne diseases which damage tobacco growth.Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strains F012 and F028 have strong antagonism effects against many plant pathogens such as tobacco black shank and bacterial wilt.In this study, the control effect and mech-anism of the mixed fermentation broth of F012 and F028 against tobacco black shank and bacterial wilt were determined with plate confrontation method and pot experiment. The results of plate confrontation method showed that the control effects of mixed fermentation broth on tobacco black shank pathogen was 77.91%and the diameter of the inhibitory zone against the tobacco bacterial wilt pathogen was 31.7 mm,the control effects against tobacco black shank and bacterial wilt in pot experiments were 74.49%and 77.27%respectively,and the mixed fermentation broth significantly up regulated the expression of key disease resistance genes, such as NtPAL,NtEDS1,NtPR1,and NtPR2 in tobacco leaves, and increased the activity of protective enzymes, include phenylalanine ammonialyase,chitinase,β-1,3-glucanase,poly-phenol oxidase. The above results indicate that the mixed fermentation broth of F012 and F028 can acti-vate the defense system of tobacco, improve resistance to black shank disease and bacterial wilt, and is a promising raw material for making composite biocontrol agent.
