Effects of Compound Organic Acids Combined with Avilamycin on Performance,Intestinal Flora and Development of Broilers
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of compound organic acidifiers and avila-mycin on the production performance, intestinal microbiota and intestinal development of broilers at differ-ent stages.Group Ⅰ was a blank control group fed basal diet.In the second group,10 mg/kg of avelamycin was added to the standard diet;Group Ⅲ was supplemented with 2‰ of compound organic acids and 5 mg/kg of avelamycin, and group Ⅳ was supplemented with 2‰ of compound organic acids. The produc-tion performance, intestinal microbiota and intestinal development values of each experimental group were measured. The experimental results show that is at 21 days old and 42 days old,the average final weight and daily weight gain of experimental group Ⅲ and experimental group Ⅳ were significantly increased compared to experimental group Ⅰ and experimental group Ⅱ,while the feed to weight ratio was signifi-cantly reduced(P<0.05).At 42 days old,the European benefit index significantly increased(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in daily weight gain and feed weight ratio between group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ in the experiment(P>0.05).1.The number of lactic acid bacteria in experimental groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ at 21 and 42 days of age,and the number of Salmonella was significantly lower than that in experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.05).The number of Salmonella in experimental group Ⅳ at 21 days of age was significantly lower than that in other groups(P<0.05),The number of Salmonella in group Ⅲ at 21 days of age was significantly higher than that in group Ⅳ(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other stages(P>0.05).2.The villous length and villous crypt ratio of the duodenum and jejunum in experiment Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups were significantly higher than those in experiment Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups(P<0.05).The crypt depth of the duo-denum and jejunum in experiment Ⅲ group was significantly lower than that in experiment Ⅳ group(P<0.05),and the villous length of the ileum was significantly higher than that in experiment Ⅳ group(P<0.05).The villous crypt ratio of the ileum was significantly lower than that in experiment Ⅳ group(P<0.05),but the villous crypt ratio of the duodenum was There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the depth of the ileal crypt compared to the experimental group Ⅳ.3.In summary, under the conditions of this experiment, the addition of 2‰ of compound organic acids in the diet,or the combination with 5 mg/kg of avelamycin, could improve the production performance of broilers, improve the intestinal flora environment, and promote intestinal development, and the effect of adding 2‰ of compound organic acids alone was more obvious.
