Differential Analysis of the Transcriptome of Cumulus Cells and Mural Granulosa Cells of Porcine
Along with the formation of the follicular lumen,granulosa cells gradually differentiate into two different types:cumulus cells and mural granulosa cells.Many studies have shown that there are function-al differences between cumulus cells and mural granulosa cells.Cumulus cells and mural granulosa cells play a very important role in the development of oocytes and play an important role in the cell cycle,DNA replication,and gap junctions.To investigate the functional differences between cumulus cells and mural granulosa cells,we analyzed the differential genes between cumulus cells and mural granulosa cells using transcriptome sequencing technology,and enriched the differential genes by GO analysis and KEGG signa-ling pathway analysis.The results showed that the transcriptomes of cumulus cells and mural granulosa cells were very different,with as many as 3 305 significantly different genes,and the expression of most genes in the cell cycle and DNA replication signaling pathways was down-regulated in cumulus cells com-pared with mural granulosa cells,while the expression of most genes in the gap junction signaling pathway was up-regulated,and there were large functional differences.
