绞股蓝提取物对育肥猪生长性能、血清指标及肉品质的影响

本试验旨在研究绞股蓝(Gynostemma pentaphyllum)提取物对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化、免疫、抗氧化性能及肉品质的影响。试验选取120日龄左右、健康状况良好且体重50。26±0。86kg相近的"杜×长×大"育肥猪36头,随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组(组Ⅰ)、试验Ⅱ组(组Ⅱ),每组12头猪(公母各占1/2)。预饲期7 d,饲喂基础饲粮;正式试验期60 d,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ在基础饲粮中分别添加200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg绞股蓝提取物。结果表明,不同水平绞股蓝提取物组间平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比差异不显著(P>0。05)。试验第30天,与对照组相比,组Ⅱ血清谷草转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)含量显著降低(P<0。05),组Ⅰ血清免疫球蛋白 A(serum immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白 G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)和过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性显著提高(P<0。05),组Ⅱ免疫球蛋白M(immunoglobulin M,IgM))水平显著提高(P<0。05)。试验第60天,与对照组相比,组Ⅰ血清肌酐(creatinine,CREA)、谷丙转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、AST含量显著降低(P<0。05),组Ⅰ血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)含量和CAT活性显著提高(P<0。05),组Ⅰ和组Ⅱ血清丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)浓度均显著降低(P<0。05),组Ⅰ育肥猪背最长肌pH24 h、亮度(brightness,L*)、红度(redness,a*)和黄度(yellowness,b*)值显著高于对照组(P<0。05)。综上所述,育肥猪养殖中使用绞股蓝提取物可改善部分血清生化指标,增强免疫能力和抗氧化性能,提高肉品质。在本试验条件下,建议绞股蓝提取物在育肥猪饲粮中的适宜添加量为200 mg/kg。
Effects of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum Extract on Growth Performance,Serum Indexes and Meat Quality of Finishing Pigs
This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,immune function,antioxidant performance,and meat quality in finishing pigs.Thirty-six"Duroc×Large White× Landrace"finishing pigs around 120 days of age,in good health and with similar body weights 50.26±0.86kg,were randomly divided into the control group,the test group Ⅰ(Group Ⅰ),and the test group Ⅱ(Group Ⅱ),with 12 pigs in each group(half male and half fe-male).In the pre-feeding period of 7 d,the basal diet was fed,and in the formal experimental period of 60 d,the control group was fed the basal diet,while groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were supplemented with 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg of G.pentaphyllum extract in the basal diet,respectively.The results showed that there was no significant difference in ADG,ADFI and F/G between groups with different levels of G.pentaphyllum extract(P>0.05).On the 30th d of the test,compared with the control group,the serum aspartate amin-otransferase(AST)content was significantly lower in group Ⅱ(P<0.05),serum immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)levels and catalase(CAT)activity were significantly higher in group Ⅰ(P<0.05),and immunoglobulin M(IgM)level in group Ⅱ were significantly higher(P<0.05).On the 60th d of the test,compared with the control group,serum creatinine(CREA),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and AST concentrations were significantly lower in Group Ⅰ(P<0.05),serum high-density lipo-protein(HDL-C)content and CAT activity were significantly higher in Group Ⅰ(P<0.05),serum malon-dialdehyde(MDA)concentration were significantly lower in both Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ(P<0.05),and dorsal longest muscle pH24 h,brightness(L*),redness(a*)and yellowness(b*)values were signifi-cantly higher in the group Ⅰ than those of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,after using appropri-ate amounts of G.pentaphyllum extract in finishing pig farming,some serum biochemical parameters were improved,humoral immune functions were enhanced,antioxidant properties were increased,and meat quality was improved.Under the conditions of this experiment,it is recommended that the appropri-ate level of G.pentaphyllum extract in finishing pig diets should be 200 mg/kg.
