Design and Performance Analysis of Key Units of Recycling Machine for Orchard Bagging Bags
In view of the problems that waste bagging bags in orchard are not easily degraded and can pol-lute the environment,a recycling machine designed for orchard bagging bags was proposed.The structure of the whole machine and its working principle were provided,and physical characteristics of bagging bags were determined.Theoretical calculations and analysis of motion states of each key unit in the recycling machine were conducted.The simulation analysis was carried out with ADAMS software after working pa-rameters of key units were obtained.Working conditions that met requirements of bagging bags recycling were given as travel speed of 2 km/h and drum speed of 60 r/min.A prototype was made and the verifica-tion test for recycling bagging bags was carried out for many times in an orchard,with the recovery rate of 80.7%.The recovery effect was good,achieving desired results.
