Problems and Countermeasures in Cultivating Teachers' Professional Ethics for Teacher-training Students Majoring in Preschool Education
Teacher-training students majoring in preschool education are the main source of preschool educa-tion teachers.The ideological and moral quality of these teacher-training students directly affects the professional ethics after employment,which is related to the overall level of kindergarten teachers'professional ethics and the quality of preschool education teachers.Based on Preschool Education Professional Certification Standards,this re-search analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of teachers'ethics for teacher-training students majoring preschool education.On the one hand,the current teacher-training students present insufficient knowledge in pro-fessional ethics,weak sense in professional affection,and weak ability in practicing teachers'professional ethics;on the other hand,there are still some problems in education of teachers'professional ethics such as insufficient supporting courses,lack of diversification in educational approaches,and the non-desirable quality of teachers'professional ethics of teaching staff.This research finally proposes the following countermeasures:to earnestly grasp the main channel of the classroom teaching and improve the curriculum of teachers'professional ethics;to actively open up the second classroom to enrich the approaches for education of teachers'professional ethics;to strengthen practical education to promote the cultivation in practicing teachers'professional ethics;to improve the quality of teachers'ethics to provide a good demonstration in teachers'professional ethics;to stimulate students'subjective consciousness to enhance the internalization ability of teachers'professional ethics.
