Analysis on Genetic Diversity of Six Clematis Germplasma by SSR Markers
This research aims to conduct a study on the resource distribution of clematis germplasms and the genetic relationship among populations by analysis on the genetic diversity of six clematis germplasms chosen from twenty-five populations in Henan Province. The researchers selected six pairs of primers and analyzed the genetic diversity of 120 Clematis samples by SSR markers. The findings show that the PIC values of 120 clematis from twenty-five populations range from 0.619 to 0.738,the number of effective alleles(Ne)is 1.577±0.233,and the genetic similarity coefficients range from 0.58 to 1.03,and the six pairs of primers amplify thirty-three bands with an average of 5.5 bands per primer. The results show that clematis of the same germplasm preferentially cluster into one group, clematis of the same germplasm presents closer genetic relationship, and the germplasms with closer ge-ographical location also presents closer genetic relationship, and the twenty-five populations of clematis present rich genetic diversity. These results provide reference for the subsequent germplasm innovation and new variety breeding of clematis.
