环境规制对碳排放效率的影响机制研究——基于产业结构升级与绿色创新的中介效应

摘要
基于我国30 个省级行政区域1995-2020 年的面板数据,研究环境规制对碳排放效率的影响及作用机制,利用中介效应模型、非参数百分位Bootstrap检验和Sobel检验验证产业结构升级和绿色创新的作用路径,得出以下结论:以"三废"为主要控制手段的环境规制能够促进区域碳排放效率的提升;绿色创新是环境规制作用于区域碳排放效率提升的重要路径,而产业结构高级化则对环境规制存在一定的"遮掩"作用,产业结构合理化,中介效应则不明显.
Abstract
This research explores the impact and mechanism of environmental regulation on carbon emission efficiency based on the panel data of thirty provincial administrative regions in China from 1995 to 2020,and veri-fies the path of industrial structure upgrading and green innovation by means of the mediation effect model,non-parametric percentile Bootstrap test,and Sobel test.The results show that environmental regulation with"three wastes"as the main control means promotes the improvement of regional carbon emission efficiency,green innova-tion proves an important path for the improvement of regional carbon emission efficiency by environmental regula-tion,while the advanced industrial structure has a"masking"effect on environmental regulation,and the interme-diary effect of rationalized industrial structure is not obvious.
