Value Dimension and Practical Logic of Virtual Simulation Technology Assisting Cultivation of Teaching Reflection Ability for Masters of Education
Teaching reflection ability is the key ability for masters of education,and effective teaching reflec-tion can help students internalize educational theories,focus on teaching practice,and achieve professional self-de-velopment.Virtual simulation technology constructs the rich,realistic and manipulable teaching environment by means of combination of the real world with the virtual world,which break the time-space barriers between univer-sities and primary and secondary schools,thus enabling masters of education to effectively improve their teaching reflection ability through immersive experiences,in-depth reflection,and practical testing.This research suggests that colleges and universities should build teaching platforms of virtual simulation,establish the teaching practice system combining virtuality and reality,and construct the integrated virtual teaching and research departments of u-niversities and primary and secondary schools,so as to achieve"on-site","integrated"and"interactive"teaching reflection for masters of education.
