Research on Influencing Factors of Tourists'Perception to Crowdedness in Theme Parks—A Case Study on Millennium City Garden
With the improvement of people's living standards,the increasing number of domestic tourists re-sults in frequent crowdedness in tourist attractions.Crowdedness has gradually evolved into one of the important fac-tors that interfere with the development of many scenic spots and affect tourists'satisfaction and tour experience.Taking Millennium City Garden as an example,the researchers explores the influencing factors of tourists'percep-tion to crowdedness in theme parks with the method of IPA.The result shows that the traffic convenience of the sce-nic spots,the behavior of other tourists,and the number of tourists are three key factors affecting the respondents'perception to crowdedness.This research finally suggests that scenic spots should focus on improvement in these three aspects to improve tourists'satisfaction.
