明人卢柟著作版本源流考

摘要
卢柟为明代传奇人物,曾系冤狱十二年,以布衣之身而入《明史·文苑列传》.其骚赋最为王世贞所称道,诗歌亦豪放如其人.长期以来,学界虽对卢柟著作的版本有个别研究,但颇有错误,如《中国古籍总目》《明代版刻综录》等误判卢柟《蠛蠓集》的版本,后来学者不察,几乎均因袭其错误.系统梳理和考察国内外图书馆所藏卢柟传世著作的版本源流,进而进行系统整理,不仅有利于明代文学的研究,而且对于考察明代社会风貌及刑法审判大有裨益.
Abstract
Lu Nan,a legendary figure in the Ming Dynasty,was once imprisoned for twelve years because of unjust verdict but recorded in Ming History:Wenyuan Biography as a civilian.Wang Shizhen sang high praise for his poetry in the style of Li Sao,and his poetry was as bold as his character.For a long time,the academic circles seldom conducted studies on versions of Lu Nan's works,but little results were reasonable.For example,scholars have been conformed the wrong version of Lu Nan's Midge Collection misjudged by General Catalogue of Ancient Chinese Books and Ming Dynasty Lithography Book Total Record.This research systematically sorts out the versions of his works collected by domestic and foreign libraries,which is not only beneficial to the study on literature but also helpful to investigating the social style and criminal justice of the Ming Dynasty.
