中文摘要：高等师范院校开设海洋文学课程是发展海洋文化,增强海洋意识,提升海洋强国软实力,服务海洋强国战略目标的必然需要.东西方悠久深厚的海洋文学创作传统、海洋文学的学科自觉及丰富的海洋文学研究成果为高师院校开设海洋文学课程提供了学术支撑与学理依据.高师院校可以通过学校通识课、专业基础课、选修课的方式建构必修与选修、通识与专业相互结合的多元、立体的海洋文学课程体系,包括但不限于海洋文学史、海洋文学专题、海洋文学学术前沿讲座、海洋文学与中小学语文教育等课程.高师院校开设海洋文学课程不仅能丰富在校大学生的知识与认知,又能培育具有良好海洋文化与文学素质的中小学语文师资,从而更好地服务于国家的海洋强国战略.

外文摘要：Teaching of marine literature courses in normal colleges and universities is an inevitable need to de-velop marine culture,enhance marine awareness,improve the soft power of strong maritime country,and serve the strategic objectives of strong maritime country.The long and profound tradition of marine literature creation in the East and the West,the discipline consciousness and the rich research results of marine literature provide academic support and theoretical basis for teaching of marine literature courses in normal colleges and universities.Normal colleges and universities can construct a diversified and three-dimensional marine literature curriculum system that combines compulsory and elective courses,general education and specialty education through general education courses,basic professional courses,and elective courses.The courses include but are not limited to history of ma-rine literature,marine literature subjects,academic frontier lectures on marine literature,marine literature and Chinese teaching in primary and secondary schools.The teaching of marine literature courses in normal colleges and universities can not only enrich the knowledge and cognition of college students but also cultivate Chinese teachers for primary and secondary schools with good marine culture and literary quality,so as to better serve the strategy of strong maritime country China.
