摘要
孔子的"成人"本质上指君子,涵盖有仁、有知、有礼三个层面.成人的修养路径有三:一是为仁,即培养、践行仁德;二是学习,包括学习科学知识、技能和道;三是文艺熏陶.从孔子成人观来看,高校教师要提升职业素养,一是要加强师德师风建设,二是要加强知识学习,三是要提升教学能力.
Abstract
Confucian"adult"essentially refers to the gentleman or an exemplary person,and its connotations include three aspects of benevolence,knowledge,and courtesy.Accordingly,there are three ways to cultivate a-dults:the first comes to benevolence,which emphasizes cultivation and practice of benevolence;the second comes to learning,which focuses on learning scientific knowledge,skills,and Tao;the third comes to courtesy,which gives attention to edification of literature and art.From the conceptions of Confucian adult,in order to improve pro-fessional quality,teachers in colleges and universities should improve their professional quality by means of three approaches.Firstly,teachers should improve their professional ethics and conduct.Secondly,teachers should rein-force their knowledge.Lastly,teachers should improve their teaching competence.
