Research on Spatial Network Structure of Tourism Economy from the Perspective of All-for-one Tourism—Shanxi Province as an Example
This research aims to exploring the spatial network structure characteristics of tourism economy in Shanxi Province based on the statistical data of per capita tourism income of eleven cities from 2001 to 2020 by Granger causality test and social network analysis methods from the aspects of network density, network centrality, and block model. The research presents findings in three aspects.Firstly, the spatial network structure of tourism economy is relatively close, showing the"2-4-5"ring spatial structure with Taiyuan and Xinzhou as the core,Yuncheng,Shuozhou,Changzhi and Datong as the secondary core,Linfen,Yangquan,Jincheng,Jinzhong and Lüliang as the edge.Secondly, the spatial network structure of tourism economy indicates good symmetry, and the level of diffusion is comparable to that of attraction.Taiyuan and Xinzhou have the strongest dominance in the net-work,and Taiyuan plays a strong bridge role.Lastly, the spatial network of tourism economy in Shanxi Province can be divided into four major plates.Based on these findings, this research suggests that Shanxi Province can im-prove the cross-regional all-for-one tourism cooperation mechanism and strengthen the regional radiation driving force of core and sub-core cities. At the same time,it is necessary to pay attention to the characteristics of the tourism economic sector, strengthen the optimization of the global tourism space, and actively promote the establish-ment of the national all-for-one tourism demonstration area.
