长江经济带发展战略的旅游经济效应研究

摘要
将长江经济带发展战略的实施视作一次准自然实验,针对 2009-2021 年我国 30 个省、自治区、直辖市的面板数据,运用双重差分模型评估长江经济带发展战略实施对旅游经济效应的影响,并进一步探讨了政策效应的异质性和作用机制.结果表明:第一,长江经济带发展战略对旅游经济具有显著的促进作用,并且经历了一系列稳健性检验后,结论依然成立;第二,该促进作用具有明显的异质性,表现为"中游>上游>下游";第三,长江经济带发展战略可以通过提升对外开放水平、地区经济发展的路径,促进旅游经济发展.
Abstract
Taking the implementation of the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as a quasi-natural experiment,this research evaluates the effect of the implementation of the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt on the tourism economy by means of the difference-in-difference model based on the panel data of thirty provinces or autonomous regions or municipalities in China from 2009 to 2021,and discusses the heterogeneity and mechanism of policy effect.The results show three findings.Firstly,the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has a significant role in promoting the tourism economy,and the conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests.Secondly,this promotion effect presents obvious heterogeneity with"midstream>upstream>downstream".Lastly,the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt pro-motes the development of tourism economy by improving the level of opening up and development of the regional e-conomy.
