Research on Spatial Distribution Characteristics and Tourism Development Mode of Traditional Villages in Hunan Province
It is of great significance to explore the spatial distribution characteristics of traditional villages and their tourism development models for for protecting and inheriting regional cultural heritage,promoting regional eco-nomic development and realizing rural revitalization.This research shows that the spatial distribution of traditional villages in Hunan Province has two characteristics by means of methods of nearest neighbor index analysis,kernel density analysis,and standard deviation ellipse analysis.On the one hand,the distribution of traditional villages in Hunan is condensed,and the three regions of Xiangxi,Huaihua,Chenzhou and Yongzhou are the core radiating to the surrounding areas.On the other hand,the spatial distribution direction has a slight change on the basis of over-all stability,the change indicates the characteristics of"northwest-southeast"distribution in the axial direction,and the change also foreshows a tendency that the distribution centers are moving to the south and the west.Based on the spatial distribution characteristics,this research proposes the development mode of these traditional villages,and the mode focuses on development of core areas,the joint development of regional tourism,in-depth integration development of"tourism+",and the simultaneous development of cultural inheritance and sustainable tourism.
