创业导师社会支持对大学生创业绩效的影响:创业自我效能感的中介和大学生正念的调节

摘要
创业导师给予的社会支持是提升大学生创业绩效的密码.基于社会认知理论,引入创业自我效能感和大学生正念,构建了创业导师社会支持影响大学生创业绩效的理论模型.通过对384 份调查问卷进行实证分析,研究结果表明:创业导师社会支持对大学生创业绩效有显著正向影响;创业自我效能感在创业导师社会支持与大学生创业绩效之间起部分中介作用;大学生正念在创业导师社会支持与创业自我效能感之间起正向调节作用.该研究结果有助于丰富创业导师社会支持体系的研究,对大学生创业者提升创业自我效能感、增强正念水平、实现卓越绩效有一定指导作用.
Abstract
The social support from entrepreneurial tutors is important for improving the entrepreneurial per-formance of college students.Based on the theory of social cognition,this research constructs a theoretical model of the entrepreneurial performance of college students affected by social support from entrepreneurial tutors by introdu-cing entrepreneurial self-efficacy and mindfulness of college students,and conducts the empirical analysis with 384 questionnaires.The results show that the social support of entrepreneurial tutors has a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance of college students;entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role be-tween social support from entrepreneurial tutors and entrepreneurial performance of college students;the mindful-ness of college students plays a positive moderating role between social support and entrepreneurial self-efficacy.These findings are helpful in enriching the research on the social support system of entrepreneurial tutors,and pres-ent guidance for college entrepreneurs to improve their entrepreneurial self-efficacy,to enhance their mindfulness level,and to achieve excellent entrepreneurial performance.
