习近平法治思想融入高中思政课的内在机理及实施路径

摘要
习近平法治思想是全面依法治国的根本遵循,是高中法治教育的理论依据.习近平法治思想融入高中思政课之所以可能,是因为二者之间具有内在关联性.二者在政治属性、人民属性和实践属性上的一致性为"融入"奠定了基础,二者育人导向的一体性是"融入"的关键.习近平法治思想是高中思政课的指导思想、重要内容和行动指南,使"融入"在实践中可行.具体可以从教学目标、教学内容、实践教学和教学评价等方面融入,力求在"融入"过程中突出内容、突出实效.
Abstract
Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the fundamental principle of the comprehensive law-based governance in China and the theoretical basis of rule of law education in senior high schools.The possibility to in-tegrate the thought into political and ideological courses lies in the inherent correlation.The consistency in political attributes,people attributes and practical attributes lays the premise for integration,and the unity of the education-orientation is the key in integration.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the guiding ideology,important con-tent and action guide of political and ideological courses.This research proposes the implementation approaches in terms of teaching objectives,teaching contents,practical teaching,and teaching assessment to highlight contents and effectiveness in the process of integration.
