职能多样性对企业创新绩效的影响研究

以126 个跨职能团队为样本,采用层级回归分析方法,探讨了团队职能多样性对企业创新绩效的影响作用及边界条件.结果表明:第一,团队职能多样性对企业创新绩效具有显著正向影响;第二,企业文化在团队职能多样性与企业创新绩效的关系上具有正向调节作用;第三,团队认同在企业文化的调节影响中起中介作用.
Research on the Influence of Functional Diversity on Enterprise Innovation Performance
Taking 126 cross-functional teams as samples,the researchers explored the influence of team func-tional diversity on enterprise innovation performance and its boundary conditions by means of hierarchical regression analysis method.The results show that the diversity of team functions has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance,the enterprise culture presents a positive moderating effect on the relationship between team functional diversity and enterprise innovation performance,and team identification plays an intermediary role in the moderating effect of enterprise culture.
