Regional Educational Research System:Connotation Analysis and Value Clarification plus Practical Approach
Educational research plays an important role in promoting teaching reform and supporting teachers'development.Under the"county-based"management system of compulsory education,the improvement of the edu-cational research system at the district and county level plays a key role in the process of regional education and teaching reform and the cultivation of professional teaching staff,which has become a necessity for the development of curriculum and teaching reform in China.At present,the implementation of regional educational research system is of great significance to teacher's development,discipline construction,curriculum and teaching reform,and the balanced development of regional education.However,there are still practical difficulties in the design of educa-tional research activities,the construction of educational research staff and the construction of organizational man-agement system.Therefore,we should improve the construction of regional educational research system from three aspects:ideology and culture construction,platform and system construction,and educational research community construction.
