Research on the Path of Improving the Party Spirit Cultivation of College Student Based on Social Practice
College student Party members are an important part of communists in China,and their Party spirit cultivation has its characteristics.The practice shows that the fundamentals of Party spirit cultivation of college students are positive,but there are also some shortcomings such as intensity and effect.Through the quantitative lit-erature,grounded theory and interview method,this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis on the par-ty spirit cultivation of the student members of Beijing Normal University participating in the national major strategic social practice.The researchers refine the index model of the connotation of the party spirit cultivation of college students,and put forward suggestions that we should improve the party spirit cultivation of college student party members,continuously and effectively guide college student party members to actively participate in social practice,optimize the evaluation mechanism of social practice,and consolidate the whole process of party spirit education of college student party members.
