Connotation Analysis and Concept Development of High-quality and Balanced Development of School Physical Education
The connotation of education equity to balanced development of education is combed with the meth-ods of literature,logical analysis and expert interview,the theory of high-quality and balanced development of edu-cation quality is summarized and analyzed based on the theoretical model of education equity,and the theory is ex-tended to the field of school physical education through conceptual deduction.The results show that the high-quality and balance of school physical education is an integral part of the high-quality and balance of compulsory educa-tion,but it also presents relative independence.Meanwhile,the high-quality and balance of school physical educa-tion indicates the characteristics of high level,individualization and differentiation.Furthermore,under the premise that the allocation of school resources in physical education and the quality of teaching have reached a high level,physical education at different schools shows a dynamic balance of personalization and differentiation.
