摘要
以2012-2022 年间我国沪深A股上市公司的数据作为样本,深入探讨了绿色投资者的加入以及高管对环保的认知如何影响企业的ESG表现.研究结果显示:绿色投资者的加入和高管对环保的认知均显著促进了企业ESG表现的提升,并且高管对环保的认知能够进一步增强绿色投资者加入对企业ESG表现的积极影响.
Abstract
This paper studies the impact of green investors'entry and executives'environmental perception on corporate ESG performance by using data from Chinese A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2022.The results show that the entry of green investors and the environmental perception of executives both significantly promote the increase in corporate ESG performance,and the environmental perception of executives can strengthen the positive promotion of green investors'entry on corporate ESG performance.
