Research on the Construction of Multi-dimensional Employment Support System for Poor Medical College Students from the Perspective of Empowerment Theory
As a core concept of social work research in recent years,empowerment refers to helping individu-als or groups take effective measures to move off current dilemmas through external interventions,thereby improving social adaptability.At present,there are some problems in the employment support of medical poor college students such as the weakening of external power to promote empowerment and the lack of motivation for individual active empowerment.In order to realize the high-quality employment,it is necessary to give a positive impact on poor col-lege students from the two aspects of precise promotion of empowerment by external forces and individual active re-sponse to empowerment to give full play to the maximum benefits of employment empowerment.
