摘要
探讨大学生述情障碍对内化问题的影响,以及自尊的中介作用和社会支持的调节作用.采用多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)、自尊量表(SES)和社会支持评定量表对安徽省1 004名大学生进行问卷调查,以探讨大学生述情障碍、内化问题、自尊和社会支持的关系.结果显示,大学生述情障碍可以显著正向预测内化问题,自尊在大学生述情障碍和内化问题的关系中起部分中介作用,社会支持在大学生述情障碍和内化问题关系中起调节作用,社会支持还可以调节自尊和内化问题的关系.因此,大学生述情障碍不仅可以直接影响内化问题,还可以通过自尊间接影响内化问题;社会支持可以调节大学生述情障碍和内化问题的关系,以及自尊和内化问题的关系.
Abstract
This research analyzes the relationship between alexithymia,internalization problems,self-esteem,and social support,aiming to explore the influence of alexithymia on college students'internalization problems,as well as the mediating role of self-esteem and social support.The researchers conducted a questionnaire survey on 1,004 college students in Anhui Province,and analyze the data with the Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS-20),the Depression,Anxiety and Stress Scale(DASS-21),the Self-Esteem Scale(SES),and the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).The results show that college students'alexithymia can significantly positively predict internaliza-tion problems,self-esteem plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between alexithymia and internalizing problems,social support plays a moderating role in the relationship between alexithymia and internalization prob-lems,and social support can also regulate the relationship between self-esteem and internalization problems.These findings show that college students'alexithymia not only directly affects internalization problems but also indirectly affects internalization problems through self-esteem.At the same time,social support can regulate the relationship between alexithymia and internalization problems as well as the relationship between self-esteem and internalization problems.
