Carrying out aesthetic education in Chinese poetry teaching in senior high schools is conducive to excavating the aesthetic elements of poetry,innovating the form of poetry teaching,improving students'aesthetic appreciation,and enhancing students'aesthetic creativity.Taking"The Moon over the River on a Spring Night"as an example,the researchers explore the aesthetic education strategy for Chinese poetry teaching from repeated reci-tation,reading imagery,and comparative reading.Specifically,teachers should pay attention to imparting recita-tion skills,guiding students to scrutinize imagery,and designing group reading materials.
