Teaching Reform and Practice of the Course Food Nutriology Experiments
The course of Food Nutriology Experiments is a compulsory course for food science and engineering majors and related majors in colleges and universities,and it is also a very important practical training in the teach-ing process.The traditional course teaching mode of Food Nutrition Experiments has been unable to meet the train-ing requirements of innovative and compound talents.In order to promote the teaching level of the course,improve students'learning initiative and cultivate students'practical competence,this study proposes to reform the teach-ing contents,teaching methods,teaching modes and course performance evaluation methods to provide support for the course construction of Food Nutrition Experiments and the cultivation of food science professional talents.
