Research on the Cultivation Path of High-quality Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the Integration between Industry and Education
Deepening the integration between industry and education to promote the perfect convergence be-tween talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges and enterprises'needs is not only the realistic requirements of the reform in talents training mode but also the primary task for the current innovation and development of higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the connotation of the integration between industry and education,the re-strictive factors in the cultivation of technical and skilled talents,and the innovative path for high-quality talents cultivation under the perspective of the integration between industry and education.Finally,this paper puts forward four countermeasures as well as suggestions for cultivating high-quality talents from such aspects as strengthening the guarantee of institutional mechanisms,deepening the reform of the teaching mode,building a group of innova-tive double-position teachers,and innovating training modes for high-quality talents cultivation.
