基于IPA的山东省乡村旅游公共服务游客满意度研究

乡村旅游公共服务一直是乡村旅游发展过程中的薄弱环节,其有效供给不足已成为制约乡村旅游发展的瓶颈.以山东省乡村旅游游客为调查对象,运用IPA分析乡村旅游公共服务的质量.结果表明:山东省乡村旅游公共服务水平仍有较大的提升空间;游客对旅游公共信息服务的关注度较高,但满意度较低;乡村旅游信息化程度还满足不了游客的需求.鉴于此,应继续完善公共服务基础设施,发挥其在旅游公共服务中的优势,并充分利用数字技术,提升乡村旅游公共信息服务供给的智慧化水平.同时,增强突发事件应急救援能力,构建旅游安全服务体系.
A Study on Tourist Satisfaction of Rural Tourism Public Service in Shandong Province Based on IPA
Rural tourism public service has always been a weak spot in the development of rural tourism,and the insufficient effective supply of public service has become a bottleneck.Taking rural tourism tourists in Shandong Province as the survey participants,the researcher used IPA method to analyze the quality of rural tourism public service.The results show that there is still much room for improvement of rural tourism public service in Shandong Province,tourists pay more attention to tourism public information service while their satisfaction is low,and the level of rural tourism informatization cannot meet the needs of tourists.It is suggested that we should improve the public service infrastructure to give full play to its advantages in tourism public service,and make full use of digital technology to improve the intelligent level of rural tourism public information service supply.In addition,it is nec-essary to enhance emergency rescue competence and improve the tourism safety service system.
