Practical Logic of Unique Educator Spirit in China
To carry forward and practice China's unique spirit of educator,we should trace its source and clarify its practical basis,draw nutrition from the broad and profound and long-standing Chinese excellent tradition-al culture,gain strength from the practice of education and national salvation in modern exploration of people's lib-eration and national independence,and shoulder the mission in the great journey of rejuvenating the country through science and education in the new era.It is suggested that we should adhere to the principles and follow the practical requirements,keep the initial intention of education in mind,stick to the education mission,strengthen the guidance of teachers'morality,advocate respecting teachers and paying attention to education,tell the educa-tional story well,and be engaged in education practice.Meanwhile,It is necessary to clarify the direction and grasp the practical direction,lead the development of high-quality teacher education with the unique educator spirit in China,promote the construction of high-quality teaching staff,and fully implement the fundamental task of foste-ring virtue through education.
