延迟焦化高效转化重质馏分油工艺研究

摘要
针对延迟焦化装置加工重质馏分油、催化裂化油浆等高芳烃原料在低温下热转化率较低的问题,提出了延迟焦化高效转化重质馏分油工艺.即将重质焦化循环蜡油与常规减压渣油(减渣)分别在焦化炉内单独加热,焦化循环蜡油加热至500~520 ℃,减渣加热至490~500 ℃,二者混合进焦炭塔完成高温深度转化.新工艺可提高减渣和焦化蜡油在焦炭塔内的反应温度,提高原料的一次转化深度,改善产品分布.以焦化循环蜡油为原料,用中试装置研究了减渣与焦化循环蜡油的焦化性能.结果表明:与传统工艺相比,采用新工艺气体收率增加0.71百分点,液体收率增加2.14百分点,焦炭收率降低2.85百分点.
Abstract
To tackle the problem of low thermal conversion efficiency of high aromatic hydrocarbon such as heavy distillate and oil slurry processed by delayed coking unit at low temperature,a novel delayed coking process for the efficient conversion of heavy distillate has been put forward.In this method,heat the heavy co-king cycle gas oil to 500-520 ℃ and the vacuum residue to 490-500 ℃ in the coking heater,and then mix the two streams into the coke tower to facilitate high-temperature deep conversion.This new process elevates both the reaction temperature of vacuum residue and heavy coking gas oil in the coke tower,thereby enhancing the depth of primary conversion of the feed and optimizing product distribution.The coking performance of vacuum residue and heavy coking cycle gas oil was studied using a pilot plant with heavy coking cycle gas oil as feed.The results show that the gas yield increased by 0.71 percentage points,the liquid yield increased by 2.14 percentage points,while the coke yield dropped by 2.85 percentage points compared to traditional processes.
