摘要

介绍了非加氢型酸性水汽提装置的特点及流程.阐述了非加氢型酸性水汽提装置运行的现状及其存在的液位、塔底压力及回流量异常的问题.针对该装置运行异常现象进行分析,采取如下措施:适当降低塔底蒸汽负荷,有利于快速降低塔内汽相负荷,稳定塔底压力;适当降低回流量,有利于降低塔内液相负荷,可以稳定塔底液位;稳定塔顶温度可以稳定回流罐液位.同时,全塔物料平衡是衡量重沸器管束完好与否的重要参考.通过大检修对塔盘污物清理及更换重沸器管束等措施,实现了非加氢型酸性水汽提装置净化水合格率100%的目标.

Abstract

The characteristics and process of non-hydrogenation sour water stripping unit are introduced.The operation status and problems of non-hydrogenated sour water stripping unit are described,and the abnor-mal operation phenomenon is analyzed.The method is that reducing the bottom steam load is beneficial to re-ducing the bottom steam load and stabilizing the bottom pressure.Reducing the reflux flow is beneficial to re-ducing the bottom liquid load and stabilizing the bottom liquid level.The liquid level of the reflux tank can be stabilized by stabilizing the tower top temperature.At the same time,the whole tower material balance is an important reference to measure the integrity of the reboiler tube bundle.The conclusion is that the goal of 100%qualified rate of purified water in non-hydrogenated sour water stripping unit is achieved by cleaning the tray and replacing the reboiler tube bundle.It provides reference for dealing with the abnormal problems of similar units.
